Pioneer Announces Date for Annual Meeting
DALLAS, Mar 06, 2022 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE:PXD) announced today that its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, May 8, 2009, at 9 a.m., Central Time in Irving, Texas.
