2022 Annual Stockholders Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Pioneer Natural Resources Company will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. In light of the public health impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and the continued uncertainty regarding the progression of the pandemic and the potential outbreak of new variants, Pioneer decided the Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only.
