Integrate into and work with assigned Divisions to have them quantify their 4P reserves/resources for existing assets, ensure the quality and integrity of reserves, resources, and economic assessments generated by them, and assume assigned Divisional reserve reporting responsibilities as deemed appropriate. Act as liaison/informational gatekeeper for internal (i.e. Budgeting and Planning) and external (i.e. reserve auditors, SEC inquiries) reserve information requests for assigned Divisions. Coordinate for assigned Divisions, the engineering peer review process, Change in Value analysis, and the Engineering Post Audit process. Attend Divisional Engineering peer reviews as appropriate. Maintain functional capability of Divisional reserves reporting software. Support assigned Divisions in reserve audits and SEC and other reserves inquiries. Review and validate Divisional submissions for the portfolio management process.

A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is required, preferably Petroleum Engineering; MBA is desired. A minimum of 13 years of reservoir and reserves reporting experience is required. The ideal candidate must possess superior technical skills and leadership qualities, be an excellent communicator, consensus builder, number cruncher, detail oriented as well as seeing the “big” picture, and be able to lead meetings of multifunctional technical participants (Engineers and Geoscientists).
