Candidate will provide the primary interface between Information Technology and all Pioneer employees with regard to first and second level system support and problem solving. Provide telephone and email support for workstation clients, as required. Duties include documenting and analyzing problems and forwarding escalated issues to the appropriate department. Use Remote Systems Management Tools to analyze and correct appropriate desktop problems. Perform some analysis and finding solutions to business and technical problems. Assist in coordinating the resolution of applications/software systems problems impacting production. Proactively validate customer satisfaction on closed calls and communicate any issues to IT management. Install, configure and troubleshoot computer systems.

Bachelors degree in a computer related field or a High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience. Applicant must have excellent phone, customer service, and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
