Manage the implementation, maintenance and direction of tools and applications, data and systems related to the PNR Portal, Workflow, Search and Enterprise Reporting and general purpose document management and retention functions within PNR. Focus on products that do not fit well into a specific applications suite. Responsible for departmental planning, budgeting, analysis, and managing the portfolio. Provide a link between the CIO and customers. Identify/act on technology opportunities, support initiatives and methods to improve cost of ownership and increase value for PNR. Assist with department objectives, be responsible for employee recruitment/development, and develop policies and procedures. Manage and deliver projects using a PMO methodology, manage support activities, manage the development/implementation of technical /functional strategies and future technology roadmaps within the team. This job description reflects the minimum job duties for the lower level position.

A Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field is required with a minimum of 8 – 10 years experience developing information processing solutions with a minimum of 3 – 6 years of which being personnel/project management experience; Geoscience experience a definite plus. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess good oral and written communications skills. These requirements reflect the minimum requirements for the lower level position. The level at which a candidate is hired into is dependent upon the skill level and previous related experience of that candidate and the minimum qualifications for such level that they are hired.
