Under general supervision, responsible for insuring the processing of employee information and the maintaining of employee records is accurately completed using the HR systems. Partnering with IT and other areas within Human Resources this position will focus on the selection, design, implementation and development of the systems used in Human Resources. Manage the rollout of customized reports and analytics, day-to-day operations and enhancements in a post-implementation environment. Understand and be able to adapt processes to systems as much as possible rather than customizing systems to the processes. Strong analytical skills and report writing abilities are critical. Troubleshoots issues related to the Human Resources Information Systems and provides first line of support for all end users.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field. A combination of experience and education will be considered. Minimum of 8 years experience in HRIS work or Business Analyst experience. Previous experience with SQL a plus.
