Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager, Well Services Manager, Operations Managers for Raton and U/P, and the Operations Engineering Manager. Responsible for AFEs, personnel paperwork and routing, and data tracking & reporting for the Western Division. Administrator for the division portal page and the well status change application. Prepare daily reports, P-Card statements monthly, organize receipts, fill in supporting data and forward for appropriate approval. Prepare ITSRFs, cell phone/blackberry requistions, and approval authority action forms as needed. Track PAFs on the system for the division and edit and update the Visio Org chart for the division. Organize company functions by booking hotel, caterer, invitations, presentations, etc. Make travel arrangements for managers and supervisors as requested. This job description reflects the minimum job duties for the lower level position.

A High school diploma or equivalent certification is required; an Associate degree or higher in business related fields is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required; a working knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and specifically that related to coal bed methane is a plus. Proficiency is required in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio, TOW and Wellview. Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must also have strong organizational skills and be able to type at least 50 wpm. These requirements reflect the minimum requirements for the lower level position. The level at which a candidate is hired into is dependent upon the skill level and previous related experience of that candidate and the minimum qualifications for such level that they are hired.
