Assist Asset VP with job activities including, tracking charitable activities and budgets, coordinating Asset Teams activities, acting as Portal Administrator for Asset Team, assisting with the organization of agendas for meetings and coordinating schedules for the conference area. Review, organize, track and distribute data for numerous projects. Work with and assist Operations Manager, Technical Manager and Techs.

A High School diploma or equivalent certification is required with a minimum of 5 years administrative experience or an equivalent combination of work experience and college education. Experience in Oil & Gas industry preferred. A high level of proficiency in the use of Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe is required. Must have extensive general office skills, strong writing and editing skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical. Good personal communications skills are required. Must be able to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment with time sensitive material, effectively maintain confidentiality and be able to demonstrate tact and discretion.
